All graduate recruiters say they want to hear from the brightest and best graduates. Well, we’re looking for something a little bit different. As a co-operative, we need our graduates to have an unusual mix of skills and behaviours. It’s not just about academic achievements, but also about the experiences, opinions and beliefs that make you who you are. Importantly, you’ll be as passionate about a career in business, as you are about our values and principles.

It’s fair to say the programme isn’t for everyone. The business will throw all kinds of challenges at you, so you’ll need to be confident, tenacious, resilient and flexible. Early responsibility and a high profile are exciting prospects, but you’ll need to work hard to earn credibility and respect from your peers. It’s the only way to make an impact.
