You won’t be randomnly assigned placement after placement. In fact, each project has been carefully selected to form part of your overall development. By the end of the programme you’ll be more than ready for the challenges you’ll face as a future leader.

We'll also help you achieve a professional qualification, one that's relevant to your chosen discipline. If you haven't decided which function you'd like to specialise in, we'll work with you on that too. We'll expect a great deal from you - and in return you can expect a great deal from us.

I knew towards the end of the programme that I wanted to work in Marketing – unfortunately that placement wasn’t available.
