Your Development

As well as the development that we’ve already mentioned in the Business Management and CIMA Finance Programme pages, we’ll also help you to create a development path that brings together every aspect of your learning. We’ll put together a programme that helps you enhance your technical skills, and your leadership skills. We’ll also provide you with the tools and exposure to manage and drive change.

We know our graduates will take our business forward, so we’ll help you to choose the projects that will develop you in the areas you need it most. You’ll be properly supported, with a senior manager, a coach, a buddy, a personal development plan and advice whenever you need it. You'll also have the opportunity to study for a post-graduate qualification of your choice, as well as having a personal budget of £1,000 to spend on your own development needs.
