Our Programme

We offer two routes for commercially focused, ambitious graduates: Business Management and Finance. Both are structured in a unique way. It’s all about preparing you for the challenges that you’ll face as one of our future leaders, so we give you every opportunity to prove yourself and make an impact on the business.

Business Management Programme

Join this eighteen month programme, and you’ll be given the tools and exposure to drive your own career path. You’ll choose from a number of business critical projects that span the length and breadth of our wide and diverse business. We’ll give you help, advice and support, but ultimately you’ll ensure that the entire experience meets your goals and ambitions.

CIMA Finance Programme

If you have a passion for a career in finance, then this could be the perfect choice for you. It’s similar to the Business Management programme but, because of the CIMA exams, it takes three years to complete. It includes four, nine-month placements, where you’ll gain specialist knowledge in functions ranging from internal audit to tax.
